Hello! I have a problem with Cubase 13.0.21 Pro and Kontakt 7 full. In empty projects everything works fine, but in my current project I can’t load Kontak7 libraries - I always have crashes.
I tried to create a support request (ticket) from my user profile on steinberg.net, but they turned off the possibility of creating tickets. What do I need to do in this situation?
You could post the crash dump files (.ips or .dmp) here and hope one of the forum admins takes a look at it and reports it to Steinberg if they believe Cubase is the cause of the issue.
However, from your description it sounds likely that Kontakt is the cause of the crashes. If so, and one would need to analyze the dump file to know for sure, they would ask you to contact NI with your problem.
