Where has 'Freeze Edit' gone?

I’ve just updated my Cubase to v10 from v6 and the ‘Freeze Edit’ setting has gone?.. I used to use this all the time, what do you use now?

Btw. I don’t mean Freeze Instruments, I mean when you want to make an edit to some audio in the Sample editor and want to make it permanent.

What kind of edit? You mean edits applied via Direct Offline Processing? If so use Audio / Make Direct Offline Processing Permanent. Or if you mean freezing an audio track, use the ‘Freeze channel’ button on the track header.
