I’ve been looking to upgrade my interface so I can have more inputs and outputs. I am really Really satisfied with my UR-44. I have had it for a few years now and it has never failed me.
I have seen the UR816 in Steinberg’s catalog for a few years now but I am still unable to obtain one. I’m not even sure if they really exist. What’s the deal? I need to make a decision on the purchase of an inexpensive interface that offers ADAT expansion. Will the UR816C ever be available?
Unfortunately, it seems that the UR816C got hit pretty hard by the global chip shortage.
