I bought The Grand a few years ago, maybe two, but now I cant see it anywhere. It does not show up in the Download Assistant and does not appear to be on my current computer. How can I retrieve it?
Look into your account. Is there a license for The Grand there? Is it a license for Absolute, a bundle in which The Grand is included?
