I’ve been trying (unsuccessfully) to use library manager to import a library of guitar expressions and fingerings but now I can’t even find library manager. So weird because I have been there several times already.
The documentation says
But in Setup, Write and Engrave mode I always see
What I have done ? There must be some simple explanation. Is it down a sub menu?
Close Dorico entirely. Reopen it. Check that the splash screen shows Dorico Pro.
At the moment Dorico’s running as Elements, which is a cheaper version of Dorico that excludes functionality such as the Library Manager. There are ways of intentionally opening Dorico as lesser versions, holding down modifier keys on your keyboard as you launch it, so ensure you’re not touching any keys while opening Dorico.

Wow - how amazing. Fixed so easily.
RE: intentionally opening Dorico as lesser versions, holding down modifier keys …
O n my machine all programs start with HotKeyPlus. So Dorico starts with WIN-ALT-O.
So if don’t lift the ‘Alt’ key quickly I get the grey splash screen for “elements”. So obvious now I know.
