I got a license for Nuendo 13 and I downloaded the Steinberg Download Assistant however, I can’t find the Download Access Code.
I see the product in my profile on the web but that’s all. In the app, there is nothing shown under “My product downloads” and I didn’t get any email with the DAC.
If the product is already in your web profile, then it sounds like your licence is already in your account. Do you see a Nuendo 13 licence in Steinberg Activation Manager? If you do, you only need to use the Nuendo section of Steinberg Download Assistant to download and install Nuendo 13.
Thank you for the prompt reply. The Steinberg Activation Manager was crashing so I couldn’t get to that part but I reinstalled it and there was the activation button. Thanks!
