I installed Elements 8 on my laptop, installed dongle e-license. Started a new session and NO groove agent or halion for instruments available. Do I have to download these separate? And if so, what versions? I was informed this would be included in the installation! Please help someone. Thank you.

It depends what exactly did you installed. Use the Full Installer, please. Groove Agent SE and HALion Sonic SE are Parts of this installer.
