Where is my halion library?

So I’ve installed and updated cubase 6.5 and halion 4.5.
I open halion and look for sounds and can’t find any.
So I search my computer for the halion library and can’t find any.
The manual says I can load programs from “cubase media bay” or “halion” and that there are “more than 1600 instruments”.
So where are they?

Win 7 x64 please tell me where.

Default is c:\Users"your username"\Appdata\Roaming\Steinberg\Content\HALion\VstSound

Do you see any files in there?
