Where is Steinberg US Support?

I have been unable to get any support whatsoever. I enter chats (during the posted hours) and I immediately get a session closed message. I try calling and the number seems disconnected. I have emailed and get email bounced back. Anyone else experiencing this?

Maybe someone already posted a similar question and you can find some useful answers here (search function at the top)?

I’m in the USA and using the US support channels. I have also searched here before I posted and could not find evidence of others having this issue - hence my question.

Edit to add: After repeated attempts, my email to them just went through and I got an autoresponder

I guess they are preparing their Nuendo 14 release for NAMM 2025.

First, I hope you did not mention US support in your title when I asked which country you are from…
Support tickets are not exactly Steinberg’s strong suit, not only in the U.S I’m afraid.
However, why don’t you seek help in this forum?

There are many users with a broad bandwith of expertise. And even if nobody can help you, chances are good that your issue will either be noticed by someone from Steinberg or that it will be forwarded to them. Depending on the nature of your question, of course.
So why not give it a try?
