Dear community, the online pdf manual and all you tube tutorials shows three possible functions. Download project, open project and sync project. My installation misses download. If I double click there pops up an extremely short notification for a second but the result is frustrating. Most times I crash as soon as I push “open project”. Even if I have no project open it fails. If I open oe later or push save it chrashes.I and two friens tried several times and very seldom, if the files wee very very short we could download something. Are we too dumb?
Can someone guide me what to do first?

To Download a project, select it and press the “Open Project” button (lower right area). Of course, a double-click also works.
I am sorry to hear that. If Cubase has crashed it will save a crash log. I need this crash log to analyse the problem.
