Where is the In-Place editor icon on a midi track ?

I try to open the In-place editor on a midi track in Cubase 8 pro
In the manual there is a icon for in the project window … where to find ?..stupid this… al other version of Cubase working fine with the In-place editor.

Q2: Can i enlarge the IN-place editor notes that they show their note names like in the key editor?

I’m still using Cubase 6, but I did try the Cubase 8 Pro trial.
Is the In-Place Editor hidden by default?

Right-click on track
Track Control Settings…

Ah yes there to find…seems to be hidden by default this editor
Now only try to get note names on the notes in the IN-Place editor like in the Key editor…
