Where is the/is there a key command to "Set Event Color to Track"?

There’s not a default key command for that. You could make one in the PLE if there’s not already a preset for it.

There is no command in PLE only set or inc/dec
Its interesting because, in majority of grafx related coding, you use hegative integers in the colour index to denote defaults eg -1 = transparent, 0 = default and in cubase you would just use another eg -2 to indicate the default register to tie back to the track value…I would have thought…of course could be completely wrong but thats how I was taught

I believe you’re right.. I don’t see any other way to do it except the color palette. We tried!!:joy:
