Where is the Line Tool Key Command?

Is there no Key Command for the Line Tool?

I never use the Drumstick Tool and so I went to assign 0 as the Key Command for the Line Tool but I just couldn’t find it. I even searched Line Tool and got nothing.

Can anyone confirm this?
