Where is the SEND pre-post FADER and the TRIM CHANEL GAIN?

In the cubase 7 in can’t found:

• SEND pre-post FADER button (the only way is right click and choose “pre-fader option”
• CHANNEL TRIM GAIN (i don’t found in the up of mixer like cubase 6, i only can found if i push E channel button)

Some things are just different in C7. But I think you already have your answers.
