Where is the Steinberg Limiter ?

Hi, I would like to know if the limiter of Steinberg is in .vst or vst3

If yes, where could I find this vst on my folders ?

Hi,

This is VST3. I don’t know the path from top of my head, but if you want to find out to be able to use it in other DAW, let me inform you, this is not possible. This plugin works in Cubase / Nuendo only.

ok, I would like to use it with Blues Cat Patchwork, for that I need to know where is the .vst3

Are you on Windows? Try some Steinberg folders. C/Steinberg ; Common Files / Steinberg…

But I’m afraid the Patchwork will be kept as 3rd party host and it will not work, I’m afraid.

Not only will it not work, as Martin says, I don’t think it’s even there as a separate file. Many of the Steinberg plugins are combined into one single file. “Cubase Plug-in Set.vst3” is one such file.

Thanks for the answers ! I really like the limiter of Steinberg, in different cases it surpasses Fabfilter Pro-L, Ozone Maximiser, for solo tracks
