Hi! According to the manual, installing this plug-in on a mac computer requires the user to copy the file to:
users / (user name) / Library / Audio / Plug-Ins / VST
Did that. But while Cubase 12 contains this plug-in when I’m swiping through inserts, 14 doesn’t. The VST file can be downloaded from the following link:
