Where to download for already registered customer ?

I bought Sounds of Soul preset last year ; now i’ve moved to a new laptop and could not find where to download the preset. Can someone help ?

you should have an email with the link when you first purchased it. The download may no longer be active in your account. You may have to contact support to get it activated again.
