Where to get help with a Cubase 12 Crash when using VST 3 Synchron Player?

Cubase 12.0.0.205 64bit 2022.4.9 13.43.42.339.dmp (1.4 MB)
I have uploaded the crash dump file, this crash caused like 15-20 minutes worth of work to be undone. Some of my auto saves didn’t work appearently. No Cubase Bak file. It happened multiple times when duplicating or loading and unloading the Instrument Track. Also when loading different instruments in the player.

I just thought that Steinberg could read the Crash Dump and see what’s causing it then I can contact VSL, I figured.

VSL support is probably the place to ask.

btw, note that autosaves only happen while playback is stopped.

Please look at how tags are used here before adding them willy-nilly
