I have Cubase LE AI Elements 13, and I would like to upgrade to the equivalent version of Cubase 14. Which upgrade option do I need to choose in the online shop?

there is no Cubase LE AI Elements 13. 
It’s is just the name of the package because Cubase LE, Cubase AI, and Cubase Elements use the same application. Depending on the activated license, one of the three editions is loaded.
What Cubase entry is shown in your Activation Manager?

Thank you for getting back to me so quickly. The Activation Manager shows Cubase Elements 13. However the name of the application that shows in the top left of my menu bar shows Cubase LE AI Elements 13. I’m also confused by all of the upgrade options in the shop that have ‘AI’ attached to their names.
The naming of the different editions and the application labels are indeed quite confusing. If the Activation Manager shows Cubase Elements 13, that’s very likely the version you’re using. It should also be mentioned on the splash screen shown when starting Cubase as well as in Help > About Cubase.
The AI versions are usually bundled with an audio interface and can’t be purchased separately. If your Cubase is actually Cubase Elements 13, you can buy an update to Elements 14 for 30€.
