In the manual (p 723) shows how to use the retrologue side chain option to alter an audio track. Which other synths do support side chaining in this way? I can’t find any other than retrologue, that have the “side chain” button.
Access Virus TI supports it.
Seems that Arturia 's Pigment has a side chain feature according its doc, but I have not tested.
Arturia support told me that it’s not possible with cubase and any of their VSTi - they don’t support audio via sidechain
It’s a shame PLAY doesn’t support it. There’s some nice features within their mixer - reverb / SSL buss compression etc
