Why aren't Steinberg getting back to me?

Hi forum.

Over the course of 5 months (I think) I’ve sent three requests to Steinberg, asking them to de-register my Cubase license so I can sell it to someone else. I’ve not heard a word from them. I’ve checked my contact details in my MySteinberg page and everything seems to be correct. What to do, any suggestions? :neutral_face:
