Why aren't these quantizing?

I was going along this track quantizing. I would see slight movements when I clicked Q, but then I was wondering why I saw multiple velocity thickness, and then looking closer I saw that notes weren’t moving to the position exactly. There is no lock on the track and I don’t even see in the degree to which I am quantizing (16th) other than in the snap. Press Q or apply quantize, not changing.

Also in the main track arranger window, it it possible to have beat subdivisions in triplets instead of 16ths. It makes it hard to free warp triplets otherwise accurately.

Going back to earlier in the track I find that it has actually been moving notes off the beats. So here is something before quantizing.

Your time base is set to seconds.. set it back to bars and beats and you’ll be good to go!

Cubase locked up and I had to close. I worked on another project a bit, and now came back to this one. I opened the quantize panel and it was set to 16ths and soft quantize was off. It now quantized correctly though.
