Why can't I delete this bar?

See attached and video… I’m attempting to create a worksheet that shows three flows… 1 bar each of 3/16, 5/16, and 4/4… to demonstrate a multimeter concept… however, for whatever reason, I can’t create a single 3/16 bar flow.
