why can't i post in the cubase 5 forum?

i’ve registered with my elicenser key. i upgraded from cubase se3 to cubase 5 essential in 2010.

i want to post about a problem with cubase 5 essential but can only post in this forum.

please tell me how to post in the other one?

the way these support forums are set up is really driving me mad.

Activating the license on the dongle and registering on My Steinberg are different. Have you done both?
