Why does C12 not accept vst SERUM?

I bought the vsti Serum but since the update on C12 it is excluded from C12! do you know a way to get it working again?

Do you mean it becomes blocklisted?

Are you on a Mac M1 running c12 in native mode? Is the plugin version2? If yes to those then it won’t work.
