Why does cubasis 3 not show up in my Steinberg account but cubasis 2 does?

I have several steinberg products. In the My products page I can see my copy of cubasis 2 but not my purchased copy of cubasis 3

Any ideas?

Unfortunately the registration issue is managed by a different team, unrelated to the Cubasis team itself. We apologize for the inconvenience and very much hope, that the topic will be resolved sometime soon.

Could you pass me contact details for the team which runs registration for cubasis3 mindful of the problems if upgrading from cubasis2. It still does not appear in my steinberg account

It is coming up to 4 months and not resolved

We are sorry to read about your issues to register Cubasis to your Steinberg account. As mentioned above, the registration issue is managed outside of our Cubasis team, and we hope that they will find a solution sometime soon.

Please note that this issue does not interfere or introduce issues to use Cubasis or anything related.

several users have reported issues to register their Cubasis versions in certain circumstances. After our careful evaluation we have found out, that the problem seems to be related on the server side, probably in MySteinberg.

The responsible team has informed us to further evaluate the reasons and steps to resolve the problem. Here, we will inform you once a solution becomes available.
