Why does one heading sit higher than another?

“7-string guitar” sets higher than the other headings across the top of the page. Why?

I would guess that the vertical alignment is set to Top for Guitar and Center for the rest.

That’s what I thought too. I don’t see it indicated here.

Hello, read this: Changing the vertical alignment of text in text frames

The vertical alignment of the contents of a text frame is a property of the frame;

while the

holds the (horisontal) properties of the text (paragraph).

One would argue that since the horisontal alignment is in the paragraph properties, why not the vertical alignment, but it’s due to that different paragraphs within a text frame can have different horisontal alignment (left/center/right/justified)
