Dependent on what os you’re on and what input devices you have I think.
If you simply google mac noise reduction and your os version you’ll see where it should be if the option is available to you.
It’s less likely to be an issue in Windows as ASIO drivers of an interface will bypass the windows audio system.
Could be an issue with ASIO4all or the Steinberg generic drivers though.
I can only presume the OP means “voice isolation,” which is indeed an option for audio applications (or at least apps that use a mic input) - but that’s intended for Facetime/Zoom applications where you have a lot of background noise. The only “noise cancelling” options I’m aware of on MacOS are output-device specific for AirPod (and compatible) devices. That obviously wouldn’t apply in the OPs situation unless there was a lot going wrong
That said, it would be interesting to see what the effect of voice isolation is on an audio track recorded into Cubase, but that’s for another thread.
