Why does the first part always have to start at time 1.1.1? It seems much more sensible to me to have the first part start where the actual song/recording begins and then you wouldn’t have a part left over that needs to be titled “Pause” or something like that.
In this context, I also don’t quite understand why you can’t place the last part in the song view in the timeline - just as you can’t move the first part to a later position such as 1.1.1 - for example at the end of the song, but why it has to be displayed in the view up to 330.x.x. I think it would be smarter to place the actual bars where the actual “parts” are played, i.e. where the project is located, and not somehow spread across the entire project.
it starts there. If you have a preocount gap and that distubrs your eyes, give it a name e.g. “Precount” … then start “part-INTRO” at 3rd bar…
discussed, requested. For now, last PART’s song “strip” will look infinite, but does nothing, theoretically as there is no next part, no end position for it.
That’s looking weird to me and doesn’t make sense why it’s programmed like that…
That is IMHO soo logical
