In the score editor I am having some trouble with fonts while inserting lyrics. When I type the first word under the staff the text is italic. This is not what I want so, with my text selected, I open “Score settings” and go to the “Text” tab. I select an attribute set I created which has the font settings I need and click apply and my text appears exactly how I want. But the problem is that when I continue inserting the rest of my lyrics the italic text is back with the wrong font. What am I doing wrong?
Nothing wrong on your part. If you’re using Cubase 12, this is a known bug, reported and waiting to be fixed (I hope).
