Why does the FTP site only have 6.0.4 uploaded?

ftp://ftp.steinberg.net only has the aforementioned version uploaded, not 6.0.5 so what’s the problem?

I’ve been reading at this joint for some time and always when an update is released there is overwhelming network contention for data and resources so will this happen again?
