Hi,

How exactly do you copy the MIDI and Audio Tracks? Do you mean the Duplicate Tracks function?

I mark the whole midi and audio tracks and then i copy. Could it be that must not copy the tracks but instead draw out new midi for each new midi track and record vocal for each new audio track

Hi,

Do you mean a MIDI Part and Audio Event? You cannot Copy + Paste tracks.

Where do you paste them?

I mark and copy the whole midi and audio tracks and for an example when i copy the last three audio tracks in verse 1 i past them later where verse 3 is because they have the same vocals

Hi,

Could you attach a screenshot before and after, please?

I’m afraid you are using the wrong terminology, therefore it’s hard to understand.

Maybe i wrote wrong i copy the whole midi and audio event not the whole tracks

Hi,

OK, you probably mean the MIDI Parts and Audio Events.

Where do you paste the data? Do you paste it to the same track as the source was? Is there Volume automation involved in your tracks?

I dont paste them as the source was i paste them in new midi and audio tracks and there is no volume automation involved

Hi,

Do you have any plug-ins on the source tracks?

Could you attach a screenshot of the MixConsole, please?

What do you think the problem could be

Hi,

I don’t know. So far we don’t have enough information.

I have Cubase Pro 11 and i have the piano plugin in a rack not track for each midi track so when i change the volume on the piano plugin it changes the volume for every single midi track when its in so called rack mode

Hi,

There are more and more questions than answers. A screenshot (or even video screen recording) would help a lot!

Do you use the same MIDI Channel on all MIDI Tracks?

What about the mentioned Audio Tracks?

Possibly you have “automation follows events” checked, and that is copying the current volume level of the track to the other track as automation.

I unchecked that box and now the problem seems to be solved so thank you sir
