Why don´t take Steinberg a look at the issues of their Costumers, and we just talk self about our Problems, why can´t Steinberg, provide any of their real employees to answer the questions of our technical issues here in this forum, and just not (in the best case) administrators? i think it would be better to got the ability to go directly in touch with people, who made the Software?
Sometimes they do, but this is a user forum so it’s primarily for users helping users.
If you want personal help from Steinberg, contact support.
Of course it would be great if Steinberg programmers/designers could come here and answer everything, but that’s hardly practical as they wouldn’t be able to do their actual job then.
I can’t possibly keep up with every post on this forum, and I’m a lazy student.
