I am currently working on a piece/music that requires five (5) Flows. I have no problem with the first and second Flows but when I started to add another one, the Flow names is not appearing (on the part). Can somebody help me with this issue?
Could it be that you have some page overrides ?
Difficult to tell without having a look at the whole document.
Some sort of manual edit to the page is the likely candidate. In Engrave mode, see if there is a red triangle on the page icon.
If so, right click and select “Remove Page Override”.
It’s always best to leave manual adjustments until last, and remember to make global changes first.
In Engrave mode in the right panel. Right-click (or the Mac equivalent) to bring up a context menu to remove overrides.
Unfortunately it’s not possible to remove page template overrides on the iPad version.
One option is to:
- create a fresh layout for this player (Setup mode, Layouts panel on the right)
- propagate the part formatting (so all your system/frame breaks etc are preserved – you can do this in Setup mode, using the … button at the bottom of the Layouts panel)
- delete the original part
- continue working in the new part layout that doesn’t have the overrides
Can you remember what you did directly on those pages that might have created overrides?
A common issue is adding titles directly to the page, rather than in Project Info.
Can someone add the iPad indication at the top of the page to make that explicit?
