Why I cannot log into Activation Manager?

Hi, I cannot log into Steinberg Activation Manager by browser. So I cannot obtain a Cubase activation license.

I clicked TRY AGAIN but there was no response.

I have set Microsoft Edge and Google Chrome as my default browsers and disabled the firewall, but it still doesn’t respond. What should I do?
