Musaed, sometimes the language barrier is difficult to surmount, but you will get more answers to your questions if they are more detailed.
Online translators can be of some help. http://translate.google.com
Possibly an external controller (keyboard?) is sending them? They often do but it is possible in your preferences to have them filtered out (the default setting is to have them filtered out I believe).
