Hi, I just recently started using Cubase 6 AI, and for an audio interface I’m using Steinberg Cl1. Before, I recorded a nice guitar solo, but when I was finished and went to export it, a message came up on my screen. I can’t remember what it said, but it had something to do with registration, which puzzled me, because I’ve already registered Cubase.
Anyway, after that, I went to export it again (under File>Export>Audio Mixdown) and I simply saved it as a .wma file. However, when I went and listened to the file later, it only played sixteen seconds of the solo (the full guitar solo was much longer than sixteen seconds). So, Cubase only exported the first sixteen seconds of my guitar recording
Does anyone know why it did that?
I also made another guitar recording, and the same thing happened; it only exported the first sixteen seconds of it.
Never mind, I managed to fix it
Anomal: Soooooooooo let me guess.
You didn’t have the “LOCATORS” set for the entire length of your Song
