Why is the Dorico 5 manual not available at Steinberg.net?

I’ve been trying to download the Dorico 5 manual from the prescribed source. When at the page I get the cookie window which is unresponsive and cannot continue. Thanks!

Here is the user manual, in case you haven’t found it yet. I would advise using the Webhelp manual though.

What browser and operating system are you using?

We have had reports of issues loading PDFs on Safari, if my memory serves.

You could try accessing the help site with a different browser, if you’ve got one.

Thanks for the links! Unfortunately on both I still get the unresponsive Steinberg cookie window and cannot continue.

I’m running Monterey on an iMac 27" Safari browser. The issue is I cannot get past the unresponsive cookie window.

Can you try with a different browser?

I think there have been reports of problems using old versions of Safari.

Try Firefox. Or Vivaldi (suitably musical). Or Brave, or Opera, or MS Edge.

Don’t use Chrome, whatever you do.

If you can update your OS, I’d recommend doing that. (If you’re on a 2015 iMac, then you can’t.)
