Why is it when import a small piece of prerecorded midi into Dorico and start adding to it with my midi keyboard in active recording the sensitivity of the keyboard is recognized in Dorico, whereas if I open a blank staff and start playing with same midi keyboard, it seems it’s not picking up the various velocity differences as I play.
I can’t see any difference in Dorico, where the change is occurring.
