Dorico has some nice features for those of us composing for harp. But why is there no option for Cb major key signature (7 flats) when starting a new document from a template? That is a very common key for harp. Entering B major gives 5 sharps which is not at all the same.
Not sure which template you’re referring to , but if you go to write mode, select the first rest, press shift-K and then Cb you get all the flats you want

It’s true that the dropdown in the Hub “Create New” section doesn’t let you choose Cb major, for any template. But as @TonH shows, it’s very simple to change the key signature after you create the project.
