Why would "Hide all automation" Close folders ?

I want to close my automation… not have to reopen my folders to work … What’s up with that ?

reported for years,
annoying for years,
loosing years of work to reopen those dam folders.
i think i had a macro for that… dam it’s not in my keycommand anymore. lost with reinstallations i guess;
