HI will copied hypersonic data folder copied work with H4 , does H4 have hypersonic tones any one ?? i always wanted the hypersonic tones in win 7 x 64 somehow …thanks in advance . s

No not possible.Hypersonic 2 is a completely different file format.

Though if you own Halion 4, or Halion Sonic, you also own the license for Hypersonic 2.

Hypersonic dvd’s we’re sold many moons ago.So in order to use hypersonic you must have the original dvd’s.The license you own contains a license for hypersonic 2, and yes it works as a 32bit plugin in x64 windows or mac if bridged. Using jbridge or bit bridge will allow hs2 to load in a 64bit daw.

Snow leopard mac still has support for hs2, but lion osx killed rosetta so hs2 will not function correctly because of it, though I was succesful to load it as a plugin on mac inside maschine 1.7.2 in osx 10.7.2 lion

Hi i use win 7 , H2 will not even load in win 7 x 64 bit atmosphere , so i was told H4 has its tones , if so where in H 4 ?? how do i tell which are H2 tones …???or can i load only the H2 contents in H4 ??? thas ok with me … wish some one could piont a way around … n i thank u 4 ur reply .

This is well known information, your best bet is to contact steinberg support.

Hi After reading the knowledge base @ best i could … , n try n try n try …contact support , it takes me to the distributor site … i wish , n request some one would pls tell me , how i get the hypersonic 2 sounds to work in H4 , in win 7 x 64 , even though the sound s must be 32 bit … some say if i own H4 n Halionsonic which i do … where r the sounds. ??? Please …
there is absolutely no info on this forum @least …so far i tried searching …

FWIW I run Hypersonic 2 Jbridged in a Win 7 and Cubase 64bit environment without any problems.

so its because i dont have the original , just a friends cd i tried…yes but i dont own the legal Hypersonic 2 , nor can i find some place to buy it ??? any where i can buy it ??? thanks s
