will cubase 6 work with VST Connect Performer

Hi;
Was wondering if one is running cubase 6 and the other is running cubase 7.5
will it work. will the plug in work on and with cubase 6
VST Connect Performer Pro is on the cubase 7.5 machine.

From the manual: “VST Connect SE is always used by two parties:
•The engineer, using Cubase/Nuendo and the VST Connect SE plug-ins
•The performer, using the VST Connect SE Performer application”
So having Cubase 6 on the other PC is irrelevant.
