Will Cubase Elements 7 open SX3 files ?

Hi.

I still own a copy of SX3 but I can’t use it anymore on the new Macs. I’ve switched to Logic a couple of years ago, then I don’t want to upgrade to Cubase Artist or Cubase 7. I just need to open my previous project so I can transfer the MIDI and the audio to Logic. Is Cubase Elements 7 able to open SX3 projects ?

Elements 7 will not be able to open a SX3 project. Here is the compatibility chart:
