Hi. Because we are forced to upgrade from Cubase 11 due to the e-licenser discontinuation I think it would only be fair to have a Black Friday special sometime before it comes into effect. Upgrading to Cubase 14 is more expensive than just buying Logic! Does anyone know if there will be specials/discounts in the next couple of weeks?
Black Friday sales did not include updates (too close to release)
Hopefully they’ll try top arrange for one just before the closedown…it makes sense they encourage people to switch while they can.
If they won’t I will stay on 11pro forever, that is until the dongle breaks…
They should have made a way to go to the new licencing system without buying an upgrade, or, still possible, giving a coupon in my mysteinberg account.
Maybe steinberg can disclose how many of us did not update from 11.
