I know, this AI is not really supported by Steinberg but I got mine in the bundle with my Steinberg UR-22 
So, it is said to reach out to your retailer, so I did 
I have AI 10.5 and when I purchased my interface it was probably Cubase 7 or 8 out. So I hope I can make an update to 11 too if AI will ever been on the newer version.
