Impracticable Part

What is PowerToys and FancyZones?

PowerToys is a Windows Utility Tool by Microsoft that features FancyZones, a neat little window tiling manager, that let’s you customize window position/size + recall them. For single screen setup and some environments a blessing. For others it’s straight trash. (but PowerToys is highly recommended for everyone using windows, just for the native fuzzy finder, you can avoid the start menu for days:joy:). Unfortunately floating windows are not supported for tiling but recalling and sizing works… most of the time.

Why I wish FancyZones would work with Nuendo

I have one particular arrangement of windows for different environments/pipelines… (audio, graphics, scripting, documentation, etc). it would have been a blast to add Nuendo to match my preferred screen ''reading" style a bit better… it would save me some brain cells from frying when switching context:sweat_smile:.. also now i have to make 4 extra clicks per day..
