Window Priority

You know what I would really like? A way to tell Cubase which window, vsti or mixer has priority and should be at the most forefront. I’m always putzing about with my vsti behind the mixer when I make a change on the mixer and they are both set to “always on top.” Then I have to bring back the vsti to the front. Maybe it’s already there and I don’t know?
Okay, thanks, rant over.

I don’t think that Windows allows for this. In applications, windows (or parts of the app) are either to the front, (in focus), or they are not. What you seem to want to do is make one Cubase window - or part - more to the front than another. I really don’t think this is a Cubase thing; again, I think this is a limitation of a 2D OS.

Cheers.

Nice idea.
