Noticing that when SL is closed, and I send audio from the Pro Tools audio suite bridge plugin to SL, SL opens with a very small window and does not hold it’s size when I click and draw the window to make SL bigger on my screen.
SL does seem to hold its size when I open SL separately from Pro Tools. But for some reason when opened by Pro Tools to send audio, SL always defaults to a very small window size (I’m on an HD ultrawide monitor) and doesn’t hold when I make the window larger. This is not an issue with Isotope RX.
What’s your system screen res. and (I’m not familiar with Pro Tools) did you set a different scaling in Pro Tools?
I’m asking this because I’m experiencing something similar with SL and Cubase scaling set to -25%. With me SL (ARA only) is bigger and I can’t resize it.
I’m on a Samsung Ultrawide 5120 x 1440 default resolution. I haven’t changed any scaling resolution in Pro Tools. This is purely a Spetralayers issues IMO. As I mentioned, this has never been a problem with Izotope RX.
Of course it is a SL issue either ways (scaling or not) something involved with ARA as that’s the way it looks like opening through the DAW.
