The main window tends to enlarge itself over the margin of my screen every now and then (vertically and horizontally). Especially, but not only, after using the bottom panel. I can not reach some functions anymore after that, most notably the corner of the window to minimize it. Even closing the project and reopening it does not help.
Any suggestions?
What screen resolution are you running at, @Dolly_Pampanga? Dorico does require a decent-sized display.

You may find that running Dorico in full-screen mode helps a bit (View > Full Screen). I guess you’re running at 100% display scaling, as well? If not, I would definitely recommend that on a display of that size.
